It is with a heavy heart that I share that MECS senior, Jordan Burke, passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in the early morning hours of April 14th. Please keep Jordan and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. Jordan was a contributing member of the varsity football and basketball teams.
The district will be working with local officials to develop a plan to support those grieving the loss of this incredible young man.
