We wanted to give you, our community members, a shout out. We have asked you to stay home, wear a face coverings when you are out in public, maintain social distancing, and practice good hygiene, and it is working! We are slowing the spread of COVID-19.
As of today, April 22, we have over 100 Madison County residents who have recovered from this horrible virus, and presently have only 18 active cases. This is a testament to the efforts of our community. So thank you, and keep up the good work. We need to continue these safety practices so that we do not see the number of infections go up.
Please continue to only go out if you have to, practice social distancing, practice good hygiene, and wear a face covering when out in public. Thank you for all you have done to help fight this pandemic right here in Madison County.
